		<description>Great example!  I am one who will also go out of my way (whether it be additional money or time spent) for a better experience.  I know not everyone thinks this way, but we are definitely not a silent majority.</description>

		<description>It's often plainly visible how management effects what happens at the counter (and in the back).  There are three Subway restaurants in my area.  The first two are owned by the same jerk who treats his employees and customers like obstacles to his paycheck.  The third is owned by a very nice guy who gets his team motivated to make the best sandwiches they can make.  

When I want a sandwich, I drive past the first two Subways to visit the third.</description>
